Prior30 privacy policy

Prior30 stores product variant prices so merchants can show the lowest selling price from the last 30 days. It does not store customer personal data.

What we store. Shop domain, offline access token, variant identifiers and titles, decimal prices, compare-at prices, currencies, timestamps, and merchant settings. No customer names, emails, addresses, or order PII.
GDPR webhooks. customers/data_request and customers/redact return 200 and log that no customer data exists. shop/redact deletes the shop and cascaded price history.
Uninstall. app/uninstalled marks the shop uninstalled, deletes sessions, and stops jobs. Remaining price history is deleted when Shopify sends shop/redact.
Processors. Hosting and Postgres on Railway. Error monitoring on Sentry when a DSN is configured. Shopify holds the merchant relationship.
